Area man, woman charged in gun, drug and prostitution arrests | pal-item.com | Palladium-Item: "Terry E. Behnen, 47, of 8122 Ind. 227 N. in Richmond was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of cocaine (Class C felony), possession of a firearm with an altered serial number (unspecified felony), carrying a handgun without a permit (Class A misdemeanor) and patronizing a prostitute (unspecified misdemeanor).

Jessica L. Coe, 27, of 4763 Treaty Line Road in Hagerstown, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of cocaine (Class D felony), reckless possession of paraphernalia (Class D felony), possession of a firearm with an altered serial number (unspecified felony), prostitution (Class A misdemeanor) and carrying a handgun without a permit (Class A misdemeanor).

“A call came in that an individual in a truck pulled a gun on a pedestrian, and an officer located a vehicle matching the description and stopped it,” Richmond Police Department Lt. Bryan Ervin said. “That is when they found the guns and the drugs inside the vehicle."
